What we collect and why

  • Tournament registration: name, email, skill level, gender, city you travel from. Used only to organize the tournament (draw, seeding, contact) — legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Hosting logs: our host Vercel processes technical data (IP address) to deliver the site — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

What we don't do

  • No analytics, no tracking, no ads, no cookies for visitors.
  • No sharing of your data with third parties beyond the processors below.
  • The only cookie on this site is a session cookie for the organizer login.

Where your data lives

Registration data is stored with Supabase (database, EU region). The website runs on Vercel. Both act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

How long

Registration data is deleted after the tournament has been fully wrapped up, at the latest 6 months after the event.
